President Obama’s final State of the Union speech put two youngsters to sleep.

While President Obama’s seventh and final State of the Union address on Tuesday appeared to generate enthusiastic support from fans and passionate criticism from detractors, at least two young attendees had an altogether different reaction: Sleep.

Two youngsters in attendance at the hour-long political speech were captured sleeping, or near sleep during the event, sending Twitter users into a tailspin of hilarity over their cuteness.

One young boy was seen sleeping in the arms of his father, who also appeared on the verge of a catnap.

Another kid, this one slightly older, was seen standing up to applaud, but eliciting an exasperated yawn as he sat down.

Obama’s speech ran just over one hour, actually making it the shortest State of the Union address of his presidency.
